Precision Steel Balls

Precision rolling ball is a primary element used in Bearings to achieve rolling properties. Precision balls are available in chrome, stainless steel, ceramic, plastic for a variety of applications

Cylindrical & Needle Rollers

Cylindrical & Needle rollers are used where a limited amount of space is available for bearings and therefore a full complement of Cylindrical or Needle rollers independent of any system of retention are preferred. The length of the roller is determined in relation to the load capacity required.

Adapter & Withdrawal Sleeves

Adapter & withdrawal sleeves are suitable where bearings with a tapered bore are to be located on cylindrical shafts. Adapter sleeves comprise of slotted sleeves, locknuts and lock washers. Due to a standard non-precision product there are many domestic manufacturers involved in making Adapter & withdrawal sleeves.

Plummer Block (bearing housings)

Plummer block (bearing housings) together with the appropriate bearings constitute economic, interchangeable bearing units. They are mainly intended for accommodating a self-aligning ball or Roller bearing with adapter sleeve.

Lubricant

A lubricant or grease is a substance introduced to reduce friction between moving surfaces Choosing the right bearing grease for the right application is critical to bearing performance. Incorrect lubrication accounts for up to 36% of bearing failures. Conditions such as load, speed, temperature and environment determine the type of grease you need for each application. Equally important to choosing the right grease is to inject the correct quantity of grease at the right intervals. Over-greasing can have detrimental effects on the life of a bearing and will contribute to machine downtime and early failure. Specialty Lubricants are also offered  where high pressure, extreme temperatures, very high speeds or other extraordinary stresses exceed the performance limits of conventional lubricants.

SKF, FAG (Arconal) & Kluber are few of the prominent European brands manufacturing lubricants & greases for various industrial and precision machine tool application.

Mounting Tool Sets

Mounting tool sets allow economical and secure mounting of rolling bearings upto 50mm bore. Dismounting tool such as extractors can be used to dismount rolling bearings upto 100 mm bore diameter. Several types of mechanical and hydraulic  2 leg and 3 leg pullers for various bearing diameters are available for extraction or dismounting of bearings. Moreover pressure generation devices such as Hand pump set, high pressure pump set, oil injector are used for rolling bearings of higher bore diameters and for precision dismounting of rolling bearings used in machine tools.

Condition Monitoring Systems

Condition monitoring systems are methods adopted through various devices such as Temperature measuring device (for measuring rolling bearing temperatures), Digital hand tachometer (for measuring speed), Vibration diagnosis (identifying machine damage, imbalance and misalignment) and sonar device (to check rolling bearing noise).
